Overview
John Buckley has been appointed a delegate to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group II’s 73rd Session, to be held on March 22-26,2021. The Working Group is considering draft model rules for expedited arbitration. John will be representing the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).
