Partners David Berl and David Krinsky will both speak at IAM’s upcoming IP 2020 Conference in November. David Berl, who serves as co-chair of the firm’s Patent Litigation practice group, will speak on the panel “The Pendulum Swings: Litigation Trends of the Past Year” on November 17th from 9:05-10:15am. And David Krinsky will speak on the panel “State of Play at the PTAB” on November 19th from 9:05-10:15am.
