Effective March 1, 2019, The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) has issued revised rules for administered arbitration of domestic and international disputes. Williams & Connolly senior counsel John Buckley served as co-chair of CPR’s rules revision committee. CPR’s press release cites John’s contribution and his comments on the revised rules.
