Zach is an associate at Williams & Connolly who received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where he served as the Executive Managing Editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. Before joining Williams & Connolly, Zach clerked for Chief Judge Mary H. Murguia of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Paula Xinis of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He also served as a judicial intern for then-Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
