Overview
Teresa’s practice focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation. She has represented clients in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings across a broad range of substantive areas, including products liability, contract disputes, consumer class actions, and professional liability defense.
Teresa returned to Williams & Connolly after clerking for the Honorable Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Managing Editor of the American Criminal Law Review.
