Overview
Simeon Spencer is an associate at Williams & Connolly LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Simeon completed a clerkship with the Honorable Toby J. Heytens of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and served as a Phillips Fellow in the Office of the United States Solicitor General. Simeon received his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Howard Law Journal. He received his B.A. from Columbia University, where he was a John W. Kluge Scholar. Simeon is passionate about both expanding opportunities within the legal profession and expanding access to legal services.
