Overview
Samuel is an associate at Williams & Connolly who received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as Articles Editor of the Stanford Law Review and Managing Editor for Publication and Production of the Stanford Journal of International Law. Sam also holds an M.St. with distinction from Balliol College, University of Oxford, and an A.B., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Princeton University. Before joining the firm, he clerked for Judge Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
