Overview
Maxwell received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was an associate editor for Penn’s Journal of Constitutional Law and a copy editor for an international academic journal, Law and Philosophy. Maxwell also holds an M.A. in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Wake Forest University. Before joining the firm, Maxwell served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Justice Joseph T. Deters of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
