Overview
Patricia is an associate at Williams & Connolly. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center where she served as Digital Editor for the Journal of International Law. Patricia has an LL.M from Sciences Po and an M.P.A in International Law and Diplomacy and a M.S. in Environmental Science from Indiana University. She received her B.A. in History from Grinnell College. Before joining the firm, Patricia clerked for Judge Gary S. Katzmann of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
