Overview
Matthew is an associate at Williams & Connolly who received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. in Economics and Government from the University of Virginia. During law school, he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a Notes Editor of the Virginia Law Review.
Matthew clerked for the Honorable A. Marvin Quattlebaum Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Honorable Jasmine H. Yoon of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. He also interned for the Honorable Dabney L. Friedrich of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and served as a Student Honors Program Intern in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
