Overview
Laura’s practice includes a range of complex civil matters. She devotes a significant portion of her practice to professional liability defense, including defending accounting firms and auditors in malpractice actions and before regulatory agencies.
Before becoming a lawyer, Laura spent two years at KPMG auditing public and private financial services clients. She obtained a CPA license in Texas in 2017 (now Non-Practicing).
Laura joined Williams & Connolly in 2023 after serving as law clerk to the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
