Overview
Kate is an associate who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. She represents clients in federal and state courts and in commercial arbitrations, with experience in consumer-protection litigation, False Claims Act (FCA) matters, and complex business disputes. Kate has also worked on appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, the Delaware Supreme Court, and the Maryland Court of Appeals. Before joining the firm, Kate clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for Judge Catharina Haynes and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey for Judge Robert B. Kugler.
