Overview
Jacob is an associate at Williams & Connolly. He graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Duke University School of Law, where he served as a Research Editor of the Duke Law Journal. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Before joining the firm, Jacob clerked for Judge Ronald Murray Gould of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
