Overview
Harsha is an associate at Williams & Connolly. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Civil Procedure teaching assistant and a Congress Editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation. He received his B.S. with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Before joining the firm, Harsha clerked for Judge A. Marvin Quattlebaum, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Judge Carol Bagley Amon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
