Overview
Graham Safty focuses on complex civil litigation and investigations. He has significant experience representing technology companies, including in antitrust actions, patent infringement and licensing litigation, and commercial disputes. Graham is involved with all aspects of litigation, from managing fact and expert discovery through drafting dispositive motions and preparing witnesses for trial. His practice often entails working closely with fact and expert witnesses who develop cutting-edge technologies, and he has been called on to brief nuanced legal and factual issues before trial courts and arbitral tribunals around the country.
Graham graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was the Executive Articles Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review and the only member of his class to graduate with Highest Honors. He joined Williams & Connolly in 2015 after clerking for The Honorable Jay Bybee on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and The Honorable Douglas Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeal for the D.C. Circuit.
