Overview
Dave is an associate at Williams & Connolly. He graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Cornell Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Cornell Law Review. During law school, he served as a Law Clerk in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legislative Affairs. Dave received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
