Overview
Andrew’s practice focuses on complex civil and criminal matters. He represents clients in a range of civil investigation, litigation, and arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on technology and pharmaceutical clients in high-stakes antitrust and intellectual property disputes. He also has significant experience representing entrepreneurs, executives, and board members in criminal proceedings, including on allegations of wire, healthcare, and securities fraud. Andrew has appeared and argued in federal and state courts across the country at both the trial and appellate levels.
A native of Minnesota, Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Drake University before attending the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Law Review. Before joining the firm, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Julia Smith Gibbons on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
