Alex is an associate at Williams & Connolly who received his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated with high honors and served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Texas Law Review. Before joining Williams & Connolly, Alex completed a clerkship for Judge Priscilla Richman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
