Overview
Sam’s practice focuses on complex civil and criminal matters in a range of investigation, litigation, and arbitration proceedings. His experience includes arguing motions, taking and defending dozens of depositions, and examining witnesses at trial.
A native of Baltimore, Sam graduated magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center and received his B.A. in Philosophy from Brown University. Sam clerked for Judge Victor Marrero of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
