Partner Craig Singer spoke on a panel entitled, “Representing the Fractured and Imploding Entity,” at the American Bar Association's National Legal Malpractice Conference. Based upon their own experiences, lessons from recent high profile cases, and ethical mandates, the panel addressed the best strategies for managing the risks arising from representation of entities with internal power struggles, unclear lines of authority or delegation, and similar internal dysfunction.
