Amy Saharia Presents at Eleventh Circuit Workshop

On October 13, 2023, partner Amy Saharia presented on the Supreme Court in Review/Preview at the 2023 Workshop for Article III Judges of the Eleventh Circuit, hosted by the Federal Judicial Center. Established in 1967, the Federal Judicial Center is the research and education agency of the judicial branch of the U.S. government.

Amy Saharia focuses her practice on appellate litigation. She represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts around the country. Amy’s appellate matters have involved a broad range of subject matters, including intellectual property, criminal law, product liability, preemption, civil procedure, and administrative law. Amy clerked for Justice Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Supreme Court from 2010 to 2011. She has been recognized in the appellate field as a “Next Generation Lawyer” by The Legal 500, as well as a "Future Star" by Benchmark Litigation.
