Amy Saharia Presents at WLF Supreme Court: October Term 2021 Review

On July 6, 2022, partner Amy Saharia spoke on a panel reviewing the U.S. Supreme Court October 2021 Term, hosted by the Washington Legal Foundation. The panelists drew upon their experiences with the Court and as appellate advocates to assess the October Term 2021. They evaluated how free enterprise fared this Term, with a particular focus on decisions involving civil litigation and federal regulation. Additionally, the panelists discussed what lies ahead in the 2022 Term and whether developments from the current Term signal possible approaches and outcomes in future key cases.

Amy Saharia focuses her practice on appellate litigation. She represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts around the country. She has argued in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts of appeals and has filed dozens of briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate courts nationwide. Amy clerked for Justice Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Supreme Court from 2010 to 2011, and has been recognized in the appellate field as a “Next Generation Lawyer” by The Legal 500.
