Paul Boehm to Serve on Faculty for Duke Law's Annual Mass Tort MDL Certificate

November 2021

Partner Paul Boehm will serve on the faculty for Duke Law's third annual Mass Tort MDL Certificate, hosted virtually November 15-17, 2021. Established in 2019 by the late Duke Law Professor Francis McGovern and presented by the Bolch Judicial Institute, the Mass Tort MDL Certificate is designed to expand and diversify the field of attorneys handling mass torts and multidistrict litigation. The faculty include leading judges, practitioners, and professors in the field of complex litigation, affording participants a unique opportunity to gain practical insight from key players into the lifecycle and management of mass torts.

Paul is a nationally-recognized trial attorney with 17 years of experience at Williams & Connolly, where he manages complex litigation on behalf of a variety of major multinational corporations from the earliest stages to final resolution. Paul has particular experience managing litigation and preparing cases for trial on behalf of pharmaceutical companies, including in product liability, False Claims Act, and antitrust proceedings.
