On October 26, 2021, Craig Singer and Bill Burke presented on a panel at the Working Group on Legal Opinions (WGLO) Fall Seminar. The panel, titled “Current Ethics Issues Relating to Transactions Practice,” addressed multiple ethics issues that have been the subject of recent developments or debate in the courts and ethics tribunals, and among business lawyers and commentators. The WGLO seminars are hosted twice a year and bring together leading representatives from law firms, bar associations, and other attorney groups to discuss current issues confronting the legal opinion bar.
