Partner Elaine Horn will moderate the panel “Ensuring Organizational Pay Equity: Lessons Learned” at the Women, Influence & Power in Law (WIPL) Conference on October 8, 2021 in Washington, D.C. The panel will discuss the progress that has been made in pay equity law and what more can be done to truly reach sustainable pay equity. Elaine will be joined on the panel by Jennifer Awrey, Senior Counsel Employment Law at Mattel Inc., and McCray Pettway, Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Expeditors International.
