On February 16, 2021, partner Stan Fisher participated on the panel “Patent Interface and Conflict in view of FTC v. Qualcomm” at the Leahy Institute of Advanced Patent Studies Conference. The panelists discussed the impact of the case in the developing area of law surrounding antitrust and patents. The conference, hosted by The Naples Roundtable, addresses current U.S. patent system issues in need of clarification.
