On October 22, 2020, partner Craig Singer served as co-panelist in a presentation titled “Disclosure in the Context of Opinion Practice,” hosted by the Working Group on Legal Opinions (WGLO) virtual Fall Seminar. The presentation addressed issues of opinion practice, ethics, and tort law that might bear on the question of opinion-related disclosures. The WGLO seminars are hosted twice a year and bring together leading representatives from law firms, bar associations, and other attorney groups to discuss current issues confronting the legal opinion bar.
