Partner Liam Montgomery will speak on a panel to be held at the PFAS Litigation Conference on October 29-30, 2020 in New York. The conference will focus on a growing body of litigation relating to the thousands of chemicals collectively known as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (“PFAS”). Liam’s panel will explore the factual, legal, and scientific issues and distinctions that emerge at different types of PFAS sites.
