On February 18, 2019, partner Stanley Fisher participated on a panel at the Leahy Institute of Advanced Patent Studies Conference on the topic of potential conflicts between the implementation of patent law and antitrust law. The conference, hosted by The Naples Roundtable, identifies current U.S. patent system issues in need of clarification.
