Partner Jessamyn Berniker recently spoke at the ACI Paragraph IV Disputes Master Symposium, a conference that focuses on developments affecting Hatch-Waxman litigation, in Chicago, Illinois. The panel “Assessing the Implications of the Supreme Court’s Recent Decision in SAS and Its Impact on PTAB Practice” was held on October 3, 2018. The speakers discussed the Supreme Court’s “landmark decision in SAS, ruling that when the Patent Office institutes an Inter Partes Review, it must decide the patentability of all of the claims the petitioner has challenged.”
