Jessica Palmer Ryen

Jessica Ryen focuses her practice on patent litigation.  She has litigated cases at both the trial and appellate level and has represented clients in sectors ranging from pharmaceuticals to computer technology.

Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she served as Submissions Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and was a finalist in the Ames moot court competition.  She clerked for Judge Timothy B. Dyk of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and for Judge Randolph D. Moss of the District Court for the District of Columbia.  Prior to attending law school, Jessica earned a Ph.D. in Molecular & Cell Biology from the University of California at Berkeley and was an AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow at the National Institutes of Health.  She joined Williams & Connolly in 2016.
