Alex Kasner is an associate at Williams & Connolly and focuses his practice on complex civil and commercial litigation and First Amendment matters. He has represented corporations, professional firms, and individuals in federal and state courts, and in arbitration proceedings.
Alex received his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Stanford Law Review and as Editor-in-Chief of the Stanford Law & Policy Review. While at Stanford, he also participated in the Religious Liberty Clinic, the Kirkwood Moot Court Competition, and served as a Bradley Fellow for Constitutional Law. Before joining Williams & Connolly, he clerked for Judge David F. Hamilton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
