Managing Intellectual Property has selected Jessamyn Berniker to their 2016 list of global “IP STARS - Top 250 Women in IP.” Jessamyn has been named each year since 2013. According to the publication, the list represents “women excelling across major disciplines of IP law including trade mark, copyright and patent litigation, prosecution and portfolio management, trade secret litigation and advice.”
