Managing Intellectual Property (Managing IP) names Williams & Connolly partner David Kiernan as “Outstanding IP Litigator” for Washington, DC at its 8th Annual North America Awards. The awards ceremony, which recognizes the top IP practitioners from across the United States and Canada in a variety of categories, was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC on March 18, 2015. Honorees are selected by Managing IP’s team of researchers following hundreds of interviews with practitioners from the IP community.
