Ben Greenblum has extensive experience in antitrust and other complex civil litigation. He is recognized as a leading member of the bar defending patent settlements from antitrust attack, serving as counsel in the only two such cases ever to go to jury verdict. Ben also is counsel in several other significant antitrust litigations brought by private and government plaintiffs.

Adam Harber’s civil practice focuses on representing major technology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies in patent litigation and technology-related disputes. Adam has argued successfully before the Federal Circuit and tried numerous cases in federal and state courts throughout the country.

Ashley Hardin focuses on complex civil litigation, including representing companies in mass torts and multi-district litigation. In addition to her trial work, a portion of Ashley’s practice focuses on the health care industry and includes representing corporations and individuals in False Claims Act cases and other fraud cases, including in state and federal government investigations.

Sarah Harris represents clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts across the country. She has argued three cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, prevailing in all three, and she has presented many arguments in federal courts of appeals and state appellate courts.*

Sarah Kirkpatrick focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, securities, director and officer liability, and financial services matters. She has litigated cases at both the trial and appellate level, in both state and federal courts.

Amanda MacDonald co-chairs the firm’s Securities Litigation and Enforcement practice groups and is a leader in the firm’s investigations practice.  Amanda has defended Fortune 100 issuers, underwriters, Big 4 accounting firms, and corporate officers in securities litigation, class actions, and investigations and enforcement actions by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

Luke McCloud’s practice focuses on complex civil matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Luke is also an experienced appellate advocate.  He has argued in the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple federal courts of appeals, and has filed dozens of briefs in high-stakes cases throughout the federal system.

Jessica Rydstrom litigates complex civil cases, with an emphasis on commercial and patent litigation and products liability defense.  Jess has tried cases in federal and state courts, in arbitration, and across a variety of industries.

Amy Saharia focuses her practice on appellate litigation, with an emphasis on criminal defense. She represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts around the country. She has argued in the U.S. Supreme Court and many federal courts of appeals.

Beth Stewart’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation. Beth has had several trials and appellate arguments in both federal and state courts.
