The firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation practice was named to The National Law Journal’s 2021 “Appellate Hot List.” This year’s list features firms that “tackled novel issues and undoubtedly overcame unprecedented challenges over the past year, boasting high-profile and high-stakes wins in the nation’s highest appellate courts across a number of practice areas.” Led by Lisa Blatt, who has argued more Supreme Court cases in her career (41) than any other woman, the firm won five victories before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2020-2021.* Moreover, this Term saw the Supreme Court debuts of partners Amy Saharia and Sarah Harris.
