Partner Luke McCloud was featured in a video by Discovery Education detailing the functions and structures of the United States Supreme Court. Luke clerked for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor from 2014-2015, and in the video intended for children he shares his experience and explains how it was “a highlight of [his] career.”
At the firm, Luke’s practice focuses on complex civil matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation, and he has litigated appeals throughout the federal system, including at the U.S. Supreme Court.
