September 2020

The National Law Journal has named partner Enu Mainigi among the 26 lawyers featured in its special report on “Masters of the Courtroom: 2020 Winning Litigators.”  According to The National Law Journal, the honorees “have tackled some of the most widely watched cases of the year.”   Enu was recognized for her success on behalf of clients on a number of high-profile matters.  The National Law Journal featured some of Enu and her team's successful representations, including CVS Health in its most important matter in 2019—the Antitrust Procedures and Penalties Act (“Tunney Act”) hearings in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia concerning the $69 billion merger between CVS and Aetna, one of the largest mergers in U.S. history—as well as her successful representation of CVS in a Medicaid fraud trial in Texas.

Enu serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Health Care and False Claims Act practice groups.  She wins praise from all corners of the market for her representation of major clients in the health care, pharmaceuticals and financial services sectors.  Clients have described her to Chambers USA as “a force to be reckoned with” and a “fantastic litigator.”  Enu also serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
