The firm and partner David Berl have been shortlisted in three categories for the 2020 Managing IP Awards. The firm has been named a finalist in the Patent Contentious and Life Sciences IP Litigation categories. Partner David Berl has also been nominated for Outstanding Litigator: Washington, DC. David is Co-Chair of the firm’s Patent Litigation practice and focuses principally on the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and energy fields.

In 2019, the firm was ranked as “highly recommended” in the Patent Contentious category for the Washington, D.C. region and ranked nationally in the Bio/Life Sciences and Patent Contentious categories.
The awards ceremony will be held on March 26th in New York.
