Nick Boyle was profiled in The National Law Journal’s special report “Plaintiffs’ Lawyers Trailblazers.” Nick co-chairs the firm’s Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets practice group. The National Law Journal’s Trailblazers are “individuals who have changed the practice in their respective fields through innovative and exceptional legal strategies.”
Nick was recognized for his pioneering legal strategy on behalf of client CoStar Group, and bucking the trend at Williams & Connolly by taking on the role of plaintiffs’ counsel. Nick blazed trails by not simply filing a U.S. action to protect his client’s intellectual property, but also simultaneously executing civil seizure orders in overseas jurisdictions to preserve and leverage evidence of wrongdoing worldwide.
