Adam Perlman Named an “Intellectual Property Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal

The National Law Journal has named partner Adam Perlman among the 48 lawyers featured in its 2017 special report on “Intellectual Property Trailblazers.” According to the NLJ, honorees are selected for their outstanding leadership and success in the areas of patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret law. Adam has served as lead counsel in major patent litigations, with an emphasis on representing brand-name pharmaceutical manufacturers in Hatch-Waxman litigation. Most recently, Adam was lead trial and appellate counsel for Eli Lilly, defending the company’s patent protecting Alimta, an anti-cancer drug with annual U.S. sales of over $1 billion.
