Former U.S. First Lady and secretary of state Hillary Clinton will publish a yet-to-be titled book of personal essays inspired by numerous quotations that she has been collecting over the years. "These are the words I live by," said Clinton, who will use them to tell stories from her life, up to and including her experiences in the 2016 presidential campaign. "These quotes have helped me celebrate the good times, laugh at the absurd times, persevere during the hard times and deepen my appreciation of all life has to offer."
Clinton will also publish a children’s picture book version of her hugely successful It Takes A Village: And Other Lessons Children Teach Us, the non-fiction title she first published in 1996.
Bob Barnett and Michael O'Connor represented Clinton during negotiations with the publisher Simon & Schuster. Both books are set to be released fall of 2017.
