Will focuses his practice on civil litigation and trial work.  He has represented corporations, law firms, and individuals in high-stakes cases in a broad range of matters, including products liability, professional liability, breach of contract, fraud, and trade secrets.  He has successfully represented clients throughout all stages of litigation in state courts, federal courts, and arbitrations around the country. 

Will was born and raised in the Washington D.C. area.  He then attended Duke University, graduating with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics while also playing football and earning several awards, including First Team All-American honors.  Will graduated from the University of Chicago Law School with High Honors and went on to clerk for the Honorable James B. Loken of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  He returned home to join Williams & Connolly in 2017.
