Will’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation where he has represented clients at all stages of litigation. During discovery, Will has taken and defended dozens of depositions—including of fact, expert, and corporate representative witnesses—briefed and argued discovery motions, and worked extensively with expert witnesses. Will has briefed and argued dispositive motions and pre-trial motions in courts across the country. Will has been a member of several trial teams and has conducted cross-examination at trial. His experience spans a variety of industries, including health care, private equity, banking, and biopharmaceuticals.  

Prior to joining the firm, Will clerked for Judge Danny Boggs on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  He graduated magna cum laude from Duke Law School, where he was an articles editor of the Duke Law Journal.  Before that, he received his B.A., cum laude, from Duke University.
