Will Donnelly litigates claims against professionals across a variety of industries and practice areas. Will has frequently represented law firms and has been involved in successful mediations for significant professional liability claims on behalf of multiple law firms, including three Am Law 10 firms. Will was part of the team that, following a weeks-long federal jury trial, successfully defended the conduct of pharmacists alleged to have committed fraud in Schutte v. SuperValu. While Will’s practice often involves representing defendants, he has assisted a client in securing a multimillion-dollar settlement against its former actuaries. Will also has experience litigating antitrust claims, representing clients in diverse industries ranging from technology to higher education. Will is a member of the D.C. Bar and has also been admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois, and Eastern District of Texas, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
