Connor received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, Connor won the Ames Moot Court competition, served on the General Board of the Harvard Civil Rights–Civil Liberties Law Review, and served as a student attorney in various criminal justice clinics.
Before joining Williams & Connolly, he clerked for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
