Identified as one of "Washington's Top Lawyers" by Washingtonian magazine (December 2004), Terrence O'Donnell's practice has focused on litigation, primarily complex civil and criminal cases involving the representation of business enterprises, members of corporate boards, senior corporate officers, and senior government officials. In addition, he has extensive experience in international dispute resolution, regulatory/administrative disputes, government contract litigation, campaign finance, corporate governance, and non-profit organizations. Mr. O'Donnell was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Textron, Inc., a longstanding client of the firm, from 2000 to January 2012. He is a member of the boards of the Gerald R. Ford Foundation and the National Chamber Litigation Center.
