Shane Roberts focuses his practice on appellate matters and complex civil litigation. Shane’s experience spans numerous areas including constitutional law, complex torts, and a variety of contract and commercial disputes. Shane has worked on matters in the U.S. Supreme Court as well as appellate and trial courts—both federal and state—around the country. Before joining Williams & Connolly, Shane clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Although Shane is a native of Tennessee, he now lives with his family in Northern Virginia.
