Sean Douglass joined Williams & Connolly as an associate in 2017.  Before joining the firm, Sean was Counsel in the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Policy, where he represented DOJ at the National Security Council with respect to policy issues involving unmanned aircraft systems.  He also served as a Law Clerk to Judge Barbara Milano Keenan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and to Judge Leonie M. Brinkema of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. 

Sean received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a student attorney in the Criminal Justice Clinic and Notes Editor for the American Criminal Law Review.
