Parnia obtained her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, magna cum laude, and her B.A. from Georgetown University, cum laude.  During law school, she served as an Executive Editor for the American Criminal Law Review, participated in Georgetown’s Supreme Court Institute practicum, and won the 2019 Richard D. Cudahy Writing Competition on Regulatory and Administrative Law.  She also represented an asylum seeker through Georgetown’s Center for Applied Legal Studies and received a Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies.
